Loomix provides an AI canvas platform for generating and editing images and videos with third-party models. Our services include account access, credits, generation workflows, and related support resources.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Certain features require payment. You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout, including applicable taxes. Credits are consumed when generation requests are processed. Refund and cancellation handling follow the pricing page and applicable checkout terms.

Loomix and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the services. Third-party model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your license to use the services is limited to the rights expressly granted in these terms.

You may not use our services for illegal activity, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content, extremist content, harassment, fraud, malware distribution, or rights-infringing content. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loomix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
